Sandra is one of my all time faves and I think about her so much so whenever anyone mentions a hc about my favourite girl I have to get excited about it and it's such an interesting lens to view Sandra through in particular. 💕💕💕

Trans Sandra adds so much possibilities to the beautiful Trev+Sandra dynamic and that layer of performance I think is sooo important. Just like you said prev I think Sandra had a lot more support with her transition and did so at a young age and this definitely makes Trevor resent her beacuse he has a Much rougher time with it. But ALSO I think Sandra puts a lot of pressure on herself because of this. It's her longest gig acting like a cis woman and being good at that performance means everything to her. This is why I think she found it a lot more difficult to be open about her transness and her experience to the others even when she entered this obviously queer and obviously supportive group. I think she also has some resentment that Trevor has found more of that comfort especially with Annie (who she is already initially jealous of for being so comfortable in different roles withour sacrificing her identity). I think the combo of this and Trevor's resentment is why they do NOT get on at first.
But just like you said prev they end up having so much respect for each other and find so much comfort with one another.
