The Connor Project

Just wanted to say that we're constantly busy with fundraisers and stuff and we've seen all the donations you guys have sent in, as well as heartwarming messages and blah blah blah whatever, Alana is forcing me to write this. imagine me saying this in a very sarcastic and dry tone.

Ow. She just slapped me.

Well anyways, something big is coming soon, so anyone who has been affected by the loss of a loved one or mental health problems can reach out and know that......they are not alone.

Recently, a particularly close acquaintance of mine took his own life.

He was also Evan Hansen's 'best and most dearest friend'.

We decided that as people quickly started to forget about Connor, we had to do something. So, with Evan's bravery and inspiring stories, my resilience and campaigning skills and whatever Jared learned at summer camp, we started The Connor Project.

We decided to start a fundraiser to re-open the Autumn Smiles Apple Orchard, which Connor and Evan always used to go to, and turn it into a memorial, and you guys helped raise over $20, 000 in a few weeks! The Connor Murphy memorial Orchard is open right now for anyone to visit.

And we just want to say a big thank you for all the money that we raised!
