"oh, for me?" his eyes widen in surprise, voice carrying with glee. wally is sitting in his garden, taking it upon himself remove the weeds tarnishing the yawn. home watches on of course; like any good friend would.

sally was truly a radiant person in the neighborhood, a delight that you can see he's very happy to greet. he usher's her to come within the yard.

"I'm quite good at knitting, however..."

in his hand? a bouquet of flowers. he requested howdy to leave him the freshest batch he could find and as wally breathes in the aroma, he's not disappointed. flowers, you may wonder? whatever did he need these for? the puppet hums along his walk down the sidewalk to his neighbors home, stopping shy just before the entranceway.

his eyelids lower further down, his smile spreading further as it becomes much more clear what he was doing. visiting her. he lingers for a while longer, clearly thinking in his head. about what? that's a secret!

he walks straight to the door and knocks on it; a rhythmic one.

now, this was an odd character. the neighborhood was always so accepting of course but this was a child he could barely get a read on. where were you? the neighbor in him itches his curiosity way more.

she was interesting. she wasn't you, that much was certain. but that was fine, wally likes her just enough. half lidded eyes watch her with a sense of intrigue; she wasn't like him though, was she? her words cause his cheeks to redden slightly, matching the puppets face well.
