SUNRISES IN BLACK AND BLUE

Oh, I know I have a choice. I was referring specifically to this assignment; I have to do it whether my partner and I choose each other or not. I’ve been here three days and counting.

If you have that much of an issue with it, I'm sure Mistress Crane would make an exception for you if you really needed it. She's a very understandable woman -- but who knows? Maybe this is  just a way for you to make wicked awesome friends, right?

Okay, so I’ve majorly tried to put off making a post like this, but I don’t have a partner for this mock-claim week and I’d really like to have some kind of choice in it. I’m going to be super honest; I have no idea if I’ll be a good submissive or not because I don’t really have any experience beyond the few hundred text books I’ve read.

Woah there -- you always have a choice. It's just all about being comfortable... I'm assuming you just got here not too long ago, since 1. I haven't seen you around here before, and 2. You'd probably be a little more comfortable with the Dominants you have met and wouldn't be freaking out. Besides, learning isn't just about books. I've tried to do the same thing and ended up falling asleep in the library more times than I can count. It's like football -- you can't just be a pro player just by reading about it. You have to actually play the game. Dominance and Submission is like the same thing..

I need to resist the urge of wanting to get a brand new cosplay considering I still have Link technically and he was for Halloween purposes. But there’s a Sora from Kingdom Hearts cosplay and I can’t seem to help myself but the stare in amazement of how good it looks. 

Cosplay? Is that like LARPing or something?

It’s not so much that it’s difficult, it’s just that I’d rather be doing something else and something more productive with my time.

Oh so that wasn’t some crazy guy who had broke into the institute, it was you. Makes sense now. But I agree with you, I don’t think I’ve ever been so proud of my boy, there were happy tears shed as I wanted to stroke his face and tell him he did well… Too creepy? But too bad about your ankle, Sir. But it’s good that it’s better now and there is no more limping around like Forrest.

Yeah no -- that was definitely me... But dude -- right. I totally feel the same way, no matter how creepy that would be. I'd be down for it. I wish I could've been at the parade, though -- it's actually a little depressing the more I think about it, but I'll survive. The ankle is good, though, but you still might see me limping like an old man around campus for a while.

Hey -- the men that toss that pig skin are like, demigods or something, alright? They're amazing. This is nothing compared to the fractured collar bone, sprained wrist and bruised eye socket I had one year in college, though. A sprained ankle is nothing to worry about, Kitkat.

We did miss you very much, my friend. But I’m glad to hear that your ancle is feeling alright again. Maybe try to stay away from anything too rough for the next few weeks? We wouldn’t want you in more bandage.

Well that's good to hear -- I wouldn't want to cause too much pain in my absence. I guess that means no running around campus with my shirt off? I know how much you like that view outside your window.

Thanks, Little Man. Good to know the Pats had some extra support last week. The ankle is all good now, though -- well, as good as I can be, any way. I'm used to it with all of the football injuries I've had over the years. It's nothing new at this point, but the snowy walks to class don't make it easier.

I kinda wish I had seen that now but that must fucking kill man. Probably not the ideal way to finish up but could have been worse. All the library time must have bumped up your knowledge though.

Naw, dude -- I'm used to the pain. Football pretty much desensitized me, but it's just a pain in the ass to walk on now. Totally worth it though.

Don't worry about me -- I'm fine. Thanks, though, but I'll be fine. Unless, y'know, you'd offer to hang out with me or something. You would think after I got you a pizza we'd be friends or whatever.
