Gentle reminder that you don’t have to pretend to be strong if you feel like falling apart. It’s okay to show feelings. it’s okay to be vulnerable, it doesn't make you weak.

It’s okay to be afraid. You are not weak for the way fear wraps around your heart, you are brave for continuing anyways and I'm proud of you for it.

Mental health should be a subject in school, they should teach us to take care, and how to love yourself.

Write about your feeling, thoughts, as our mind can't keep large number of thoughts for a long time and may have mental breakdown anytime.

Talking to therapist should be a normal thing.
