I like to draw and write fanfiction. Im on AO3 under the name “AnxiousSpark”, and Im currently writing a joyxiety fic called Clean Up on Aisle 7. I also like woodcarving, rock climbing, and baking

Chapter six for Clean Up on Aisle 7 is out now! Man, I was so glad to have a chapter where both of these characters are so happy. I sure do hope that it lasts.

Oh you have been correctly struck! I think Joy’s huge on nicknames. I’d imagine that she has a whole fistful of them for anyone in her life, coworkers included. Here’s a couple off of the top of my head.

Susan (Sadness)= Suse, Susie

Arthur (Anger)= Arthur Morgan (He doesn’t own a tv, much less play RDR2, so he doesn’t get the reference. Joys careful to steer clear of nicknames for Arthur until he’s had his morning coffee.)

Drishti (Disgust)= Drish-spill-the-tea

Felix (Fear)= Boss Man

Emmanuel (Embarrassment)= She tried calling him Manny once and he nearly died, so she holds off on nicknames for him. Bless his heart.

Edmee (Ennui)= Mi-Mi (Edmee loathes it)

Eesha (Envy)= Lil Ma’am (Eesha’s overjoyed to be included!)

Netti (Nostalgia)= Young Lady (said with love!)

Also this is such a random question (and I don't know if you've thought about it) but what is Joy's natural hair color? I've been doodling them a little bit and I was genuinely curious!

First off, I am overjoyed that you're enjoying Clean Up On Aisle 7! Thank you so so much for reading! It means a lot to me!

As for your question, I think Joy probably has light brown or dirty blonde hair under the box dye. If you were to meet her, you could probably see her roots peeking out if you squint. I like to think keeping her hair dyed is kind of a hassle for her, but she likes it enough to keep it going.

Also, if you ever make any drawings for CUoA7, I would absolutely love to see them! Here's one (very quick doodle) I made for this ask. Thanks!
