Being depressed and feeling like you don't want to be alive is shit at any time of year. But at Christmas it feels so much worse. You want to celebrate with everyone but it just doesn't feel right. I hate being this way.

There's nothing worse than feeling so fucked up that you'd rather stay out of everyone's way so that you're not causing them any inconvenience.
