tbwf when you're scrolling through this blog and you get a strong sense of deja vu and you're derealizing hella bad

Tbwfw you have a trigger thats literally everywhere and you think youve gotten better and it affects you less now but two hours after it gets mentioned you just start crying and get ridiculously mad at yourself because you should be better by now

tbwf when any mistake no matter how small or seemingly harmless is proof that you're supposed to be dead because you are a horrible being

What do you mean not everyone has a voice in their head narrating their life? Isn't that what an earworm is??

Tbwfw you're honestly shocked to find out that most people feel both content and calm most of the time, and that it's not particularly hard for them to feel like that.

tbwfw u have to go through like 5 grocery carts at the store to find one without a fruit sticker stuck to it bc those are Bad and Wrong and u know ppl are looking at u funny but u just can't take the cart w the sticker. ever.

tbwfw time won't stop moving. it never stops moving but now u can feel it physically and u have to just hold onto something like a railing or furniture until u can forget.

tbwf when your ipod contains songs that your mind has decided are Bad Luck and you must purge it of these songs even though you enjoy them

tbwf when u fantasize being in really horrible situations bc maybe then ppl will care abt u

Tbwf when you can't stop moving and jumping around in bed, because in your thoughts you're moving around and it feel wrong not to in real life, and you have trouble not doing it now.

tbwf when you know your best friend is too good for you, and you're convinced one day they'll realise that and leave

tbwf when nothing is real so you might as well rip off your skin ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

tbwfw everyone secretly would prefer if you were dead but they won't say so

tbwf you have a meltdown and you just can't function afterwards, but supportive messages from your friends help you find it in yourself to do something

tbwfw u dont know if ur actually suicidal or the voices have just been telling you to do it for so long that youve given in to them

tbwf when it's friday and it doesn't feel like friday because you don't have any memories of school or talking to friends and now you're rethinking your entire existence
