I saw on the news that the Drump administration is gonna start requiring testosterone testing for all male soldiers over 30 and wanna make hormone therapy more readily available for men with low testosterone and as a trans man I am looking extremely hard and exhausted into the camera right now

Goddamit i hate this fucking post. I hate it because obviously if “twelve” followed the same pattern as the other teen numbers it wouldn’t be “twoteen” it would be “seconteen”. Think about it. It’s not “threeteen” it’s “thirteen” as in “third”. It’s not “fiveteen” it’s “fifteen” as in fifth. So with that in mind, you count “first, second, third, fourth, fifth,” and so on, so eleven would be “firsteen” and twelve would be “secondteen” or “seconteen”. “Firsteen, seconteen, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen….” It just drives me absolutely mad everytime i see this post that this obvious pattern was overlooked and i cant hold in my rage anymore.

sometimes i'm like "I regret not having the college experience" then I come across a social media post like "my boyfriend still has the frat cooler a girl in college made him" and i'm now really grateful I was never in such a state of mind where I wanted to decorate a cooler for a guy in a fraternity. it's also possible I just have a lot of hate in my heart and wish suffering on more well adjusted individuals

it’s so magical and beautiful that there are sprawling interconnected cave systems carved deep into the earth by various geological forces and you don’t have to go in them. there are miles and miles of stone passageways in total darkness that require you to exhale all the air out of your lungs to squeeze through parts of them and you don’t have to be there. some of these squeezes are underwater and require cave divers to take off their oxygen tanks and push them through ahead of them and me i am above ground looking at the sky as we speak. there are untold subterranean wonders no human has ever seen and i will not be the one to discover them #grateful #blessed
