So I want to challenge myself in February in a couple of different areas, I am just not sure how. Below are the areas with some ideas of possible challenges for those areas. Message me what you think or if you have other suggestions. I’ll be posting the official votes this weekend.

Clearance single pair from discount clothing store (purchased Friday before)

Hydration Daily Goal (and punishment if not achieved)
2.5L of water (must do, chug remaining before bed)
Daily weight [1lb = 1 fl. oz water] (cold shower following day)
8oz before all meals (amount doubled following day)
