this is going to be wordy because I did my top 3 as well as 2 HM since it makes a 5 song EP like the grandma albums so I apologize if this is more than you cared to ask for Im TFBologist
( By Remaster definition im going with they re-produce the song and release it officially, not just play again a few times or etc because I’d love to hear ANY unreleased song again. )
1: So Sick, We’re Dead - It was the first unreleased song I heard by The Front Bottoms and it changed my life.. it introduced me to their unreleased music which made me grow so much closer to the band and what it means to me. Very particular time in my life but just the right time and right place to “meet” a song. So Sick, We’re Dead. So sick we are fucking Dead….
2: Water-Gun-Knife: I feel like this one would be so fun to remaster and I literally wish it could be out in the world bcuz its harder to find not being listed under an album and its just sooo good
3: If it Were Up To Me - I agree with you here. Blatantly The Front Bottoms. I think it’s a very underrated unreleased and like it deserves a place to belong in The Front Bottoms Discography not just lost in old tracklist!!!
1: Taking my uzi to the gym (gay version) and I can’t stress this enough ONLY if it were to be as unhinged as the old one. which it can’t and won’t be so it’s best not to pretend like a remaster could do anything more for it. I bet I’d still love it re-recorded but nothing hits the same like those first recordings . It’s the spirit
2: The Wrong Way - i put this one because i feel it would remaster and adapt really well to how tfbs style and sound has morphed over the years and honestly I’d love to hear it as wellllll
