Perhaps the very first example of bullet time, created in cell-animation as a cartoon, the intro to Speed Racer in the 1960′s. Very cool then that the Wachowski’s were chosen to direct the live-action version of this movie. 

Some amazing pin-hole camera examples of pre-matrix time-slicing by Tim MacMillan, 1980-1984. The coolest part is that because they’re pin-holes cameras on 16mm film, its so small that you don’t really notice the cameras in the room.
