Crab and Sausage Stuffed Chicken Breast Ingredients: 6 oz cream cheese, 1/2 cup fully cooked breakfast sausage, 5 oz crab meat, 1/2 seeded jalapeño chopped, 1/4 cup green onion. Mix ingredients together. Butterfly chicken breast, coat inside of breast with Texas BBQ Rub, put mixture on one side of breast, fold and toothpick. Cook at 225 until internal temp of chicken is 165 degrees.
