#BlackChristmas (at The Frida Cinema)
Happy Thanksgiving! Starting a turkey-day themed double feature with the #horror classic Blood Rage aka Slasher! If you've got Amazon Prime, I highly recommend it, one of the best slasher openings of all time.
Couple costumes are supposed to be fun, right? #halloween #jasonvoorhees #jason
#CampFrida was awesome! Evil Dead >> Sleepaway Camp >> Cabin in the Woods >> Friday the 13th Part IV >> The Burning >> The Witch >> Evil Dead 2. Doesn't get much better than that! Made it through, got this wonderful pin, and won some free tickets! Big shout out to @thefridacinema for such a fan-fucking-tastic event! RIP Counselor Aly! (at The Frida Cinema)

While nothing was ever announced, it's always been presumed that the Andy Muschietti-directed adaptation of Stephen King's IT would be a two-part affair.
Listen. This is a bad idea. I know, I know, who doesn’t want more IT? It’s a bad idea because the first film sets up an obvious duology, as anyone who has read the book (or hell even seen the miniseries) knows. Trying to split the second film into three movies will present structure and tone problems, possibly to the point of ruining the sequel. Let’s not Hobbit this friends. Keep it as a duology.Â
I agree! Keep it a 2 part movies duology instead of trying to milk it and possibly ruin it! Please!

Happy Birthday Stephen King!
Stephen King, the king of horror and suspense, turns 70 today! Thanks for the thrills and chills!

@galacticthor
Adding a second group of kids would add more material, if they decided to make the second half of IT into two movies. However, that would be, in my eyes, far past the line of acceptable changes to the book. I’m still against it. Thanks for your response, though! It’s certainly interesting to think about what they would have to do in order to make a trilogy work.
