Okay, so it seems episode 24.5 will appear in cinemas in Japan after a recap movie of Aldnoah? I'm not fully sure because there's not much info on the possible recap movie (which will probably use the same style of cutting existing animation with maybe some narration?).

So the novels are interesting because they dropped quite a bombshell about Inaho's dad that never got addressed in the show, I wonder if that got rewritten.

And the backstory manga with Slaine isn't listed here, neither is the manga about Inaho's recovery. Unless you count them as part of the booklets.

The writing, concept, and/or characters have to be there. But there has to be a flaw that requires transformation. Maybe a character arc is fumbled, or there’s scenes that we don’t see or a relationship that’s only implied. Maybe it gets cancelled too early!

It obviously can’t just be bad. If the characters don’t feel compelling, or the setting just isn’t exciting, people aren’t going to latch on.
