Terra Hydria

The user was able to navigate through the site quite well, he did have some difficulty with a few things on the site so far but those were resolved when looking at the mock-ups. Any issues are mentioned in the video.

The user was able to navigate fairly easily through the site and through the five questions proposed. She was able to see clearly what the different parts of the site were supposed to be about, as well as where to go to do certain things. Since the entire site was static, there was some confusion about where to go or what to click on (she wasn’t sure what was clickable and what wasn’t). The user also gave some helpful suggestions as to what she would have expected to see in the “about” page. The user also had a little confusion during the check out stage of the process, since there was some missing information required at the last stage of purchasing an item. The check out area (the most important part) was overlooked a little as well.
