Dazzle them, go viral, and shine on!

Yet again it seemed like another trainer had managed to find their way to the city. This time with a peculiar looking duck Pokémon as opposed to the kitten that Liko had. Still another person from a realm close to her wasn't hurt to get close to. At least if they weren't in any related to those thieves...

"Uh, hi?" Her voice pitches up, not having expected to have to talk to anyone this day.

She had set down the bags of electronics she had to set up her personal streaming station slash research corner.

She quietly listened to Dot's concerns. "I know what you mean. I-I mean, I wouldn't say my role in the Rising Volt Tacklers is particularly important like you, but! I was always worried you'd be sad..." She wanted to think that even though she didn't have a specific role, that she'd at least left a mark on everyone's hearts.

Liko also wanted to let Dot know that her feelings were valid.

"But time moving differently here...I guess that makes some kind of sense. There's not another explanation, and with everything happening around those Pokemon, it's not unheard of." She had no explanation for surges of energy, or what Liko and Roy experienced in those visions.

Or, well, whatever they were. No reasons to press it - if the laws of space and time were going to muddy themselves, she certainly wasn't in a position to do anything about it.

"It is mine," Dam-bi says with a stern tone. The creature notices the other duck looking monster on guard and it too, mirrors.

"I don't know what a pokemon is," she lowers her gaze to the other's creature.

"Sorry about that, it's not right to try and take someone else's companion." She gestures to the girl's monster, and then Quaxly, who seems to be calming down. "This is Quaxly. He's a Pokemon."

◓ "What do you think, Dot? I've been frequenting this cafe ever since a friend of mine recommended it..." It was a cute little cafe near Golden Ward's boardwalk with a forest theme. There were a lot of plants and even an artificial waterfall set up inside. Now that the city was "normal" again, Liko had been wanting to spend time with Dot without a dragon in the way. "Floragato really likes the biscuits..."

She gestured to the counter, where her cat Pokémon was mewing at the cashier who was fawning over her and feeding her one of those biscuits.

Instead she looks down at Quaxly in her lap, who's just as confused as she is by Sprigatito's evolution, and the fact that they're both out and about with Liko.

"It's weird, yeah. I'm more worried about the systems on the Brave Olivine without me, honestly. If they get the system blocked or damaged again, they could be stranded without us." Then again, she hadn't noticed Liko was missing.

The one person she would probably notice was missing, but she wasn't going to say that.

Or it was just Dot being singleminded. She's not sure. Her tiny duck Pokemon, however, is readying to attack. She doesn't call him off yet.

...Wasn't Dot being a little nonchalant about all this? Did she really think it was a dream?

Dot might have thought it was weird that Liko was worked up, but Liko tended to be worked up more often than not. Swinging her wand around to test the weight, she shrugs, pushing her hair back with her headband.
