those will be the best memories

Solitude. The middle point between being contempt and being overwhelmingly lonely at the same time. I guess, before when I was younger it was in the midst of being surrounded by the many many friends I had at that moment. Even if you didn’t have the strongest bond someone was always there. After falling in love at first sight at 16yo my devotion and most of my free time went towards the love of my life and she did the same. Even though we didn’t always find something to do. We had each other. Now 6 and half years later, now that’s has ended I spend most of my time alone and trying to find hobbies for myself so I don’t go insane. Part of me thinks/hopes I’ll be able to win her love again, but the other part doesn’t want take anymore time of her beautiful young life. She was committed to everything and when the flame died down she found herself again. She was never lost but I feel she put me first and herself second and that needed to change. I couldn’t be more happy for her and all her new endeavors. Ultimately, I just want to see her happy no matter the circumstances. I still love her and I believe a part of me will always have special place for her in my heart. I just hope she has zero regrets with me. As I have none with her.
