The Master Cleanse/The Lemonade Cleanse

I have not done this one yet! DO NOT EXERCISE WHILE DOING THE MASTER CLEANSE!

Ingredients for One 10 oz Class

½ lemon squeezed (2 tbsp.lemon juice)

1/10th tsp. cayenne pepper

2 tbsp. real maple syrup

Add the above to a 10 oz class of water.

If you would like to make a days worth (6 glasses):

12 tbsp. lemon juice

12 tbsp. real maple syrup

½ tsp. cayenne pepper

60 oz. water

Directions

Drink 6 to 10 glasses of the lemonade a day for 10 to 40 days. With this cleanse you are not supposed to eat.

Every morning, you are to drink the salt water flush (warning this tastes horrid).

SWF Ingredients

1 quart of lukewarm water

2 tsp. sea salt

After the Cleanse:
