Temper's Temperamental Things

Tyler would be an amazing caregiver and you can fight me (in the club) over it

Everything you do is an opportunity for him. He never gets tired of you or your curiosity, he answers all your questions honestly, he helps you look things up together when he doesn't know the answer, he always has activities lined up if your bored and books lined up if your tired.

Outdoorsy kid? He (cannonically!) Has a garden behind paper street! He takes you out back and let's you pick berries and flowers and herbs and play in the dirt and he points out the bugs and the pollinators and explains why they're important to the ecosystem. After you go inside and he gets you all cleaned up

Hungry after all that playing? Now you get to cook with everything you grew and harvested!

One of your stuffies got ripped? He's on the scene before you can blink! He has bandages and he shows you how to take care of a wound on a real person and then he shows you how to mend holes and sew yourself and hes doing all of this while fixing your friend so they can be good as new ASAP.

Having a lot of big feelings? Wanna break something? Wanna blow something up? He's taken you outside and your making bottle rockets out of baking soda and vinegar and coke and mentos. He's explaining the chemical reaction behind all of it to you while you do it and hyping you up as you break things as long as its safely

More of an indoor kid? Prefer to curl up with a good book? He has stacks upon stacks of magazines and books for you to pick out from! He never says anything is "too big" to "to small" for you, he just sits there and helps if you ask him too. Even if your chosen bedtime story is one of his thick political books on the history of anarchy, he sits with you and reads it for as long as you seem interested. And if your not, youre allowed to change!

Sometimes, if hes taking care of you and he has to go to work, he'll sneak you into the movie theater with him. Sometimes he takes you in back and shows you how to change the projector reels, and sometimes you sit in the back of the theater and get to watch whatever kids movie is on. If youre there, its the only time he doesn't mess with the reels.

He let's you borrow his jacket if youre upset or need comfort. Its oversized and smells like blood and cigarettes and sweat and chemicals and floral soap, you can practically use the thing as a tent its so big on you.

He doesn't really care if you curse while regressed. Its all just words. Sure he teaches you to be careful about what those words mean, and to be careful how you use them, but if you're fucking pissed off, then youre fucking pissed off! Who is he to tell you otherwise?
