I have lost my way. I lost my my drive towards a better way of living, but I haven't given up on it completely. I remind myself that I cannot go back to the way I use to be. I cannot go back up on my clothes sizes (primarily because I've given the majority of my clothes away) but with the support of my best friends I've finding it again. They're pushing me to keep moving forward, to keep losing weight to keep being healthy for a better life. I could use the excuse that I'm ridiculously stressed out because reasons for here at home and my move to California in 16 days. But the honest truth is that I'm still working on my tendencies to over eat, it's always going to be an issue until I take control of it and stop letting it control me.
