So I'm working up at a camp this summer so I don't gave access to the regular stuff in my kitchen. But. A true gourmet is not fettered by such things! So here's a sandwich kade out of stuff I was able to buy during my nights off and keep in my cabin
Summer sausage, swiss cheese, pickle, and a thin slice of raw onion, topped with creole seasoning and served on something called "croissant bread"
I'm a longstanding believer that cutting ingredients by hand, giving them irregular shapes, makes them tastier. And good golly did having to cut everything with my pocket knife make this tastier. This sandwich is a hell of a lot better than the crap we get served in the dining tent i'll tell you what.
