I don’t take medication to be more productive or study. I take medication to be able to express myself, be able to take part in life and have control over my life.

On the left image, I was just confused, foggy in the head and sad I couldn’t think straight.

My job is drawing so these two make a big difference. Without medication, I often just cannot access my skill and it feels luck?? based wether I can or not. It made me feel super incapable and feel like a horrible imposter.

IF you want to try medication, don’t let anyone shame you out of it. Never be ashamed of getting the help that might turn your life around. If you don’t want to take medication, that’s just as much your own decision.
