After her run in with Prue, Parker had made it a point to keep herself in a constant state of preparedness. Even with the fading bruises and the still slight ache in her ribs she had pushed herself to continue training. Hands clung to the blades in her hands as she threw a foot up and shoved the other in the chest, pushing them to the ground, a smirk crossing her lips as she felt into her stance, waiting for them to get back up. âDonât tell me thatâs the best you got,â she stated. âI need some real training. Get up, letâs go.â

Sam didn't want to actually hit her cousin. Â She hadn't even been trying this whole time. Â Just trying to give Parker a bit of a work out and that was it. Â "It's not," she said as she got up, "but I don't want to hurt you, Park." Â She didn't really have active powers to rely on and only recently got enough control to tap into the powers of others. Â She got demons with spells, potions, and literally kicking ass.
