don't beg for a PSA to be taken down, saying "both sides are at fault" and "they just want to work it out", when the other side refuses to acknowledge their mistakes, fix them, and instead attacks with false claims of art theft. Elliott blatantly ignored my private messages and never reached out to me and also refused to take the initiative to delete Caramel. Brian falsely accused me of theft then was too petty to send the "evidence" because I hadn't logged on in a month. I have no reason to log onto Acitius now that staff have updated the rules publicly so if Brian wants to provide that "proof", he can message me elsewhere because it's not like I'm hiding. I am not tolerating anyone who comes to me with this bullshit. Acitius staff haven't shown me any signs they want to fix things. Therefore, I have no reason to believe they genuinely want to. People have decided on their own that Acitius is not the place for characters because of the new rule change. Those who never saw my PSA's determined their works are not safe. And they made their choices. Do not comment on the original character selling/trading/buying community when you obviously know little to nothing about it.

Spoiler Alert: I have never played this site calledĀ āEldemoreā, not even back in 2014. If anyone tells you that I did, they are not correct/truthful.
Apparently Acitius staff are claiming that back in 2014, I tried pawning off a bunch of other Acitius usersā custom pets without notice/permission. I am not a fucking idiot to try pawning off whatās not mine for a quick virtual buck. Not to mention, I only know aboutĀ āEldemoreā now because of the accusation.
This accusation has only arose after 3 years??? because of Elliott stealing a design, as you can read here, and me being vocal about it because yes, hello, no oneās characters are safe anymore on a site that had a pretty good set-up for roleplayers. Haunt was not happy about Elliottās actions, so not only are Acitius staff giving a big fuck you to the real owner of the design who is Titania at Verpets, but to Haunt as the original designer/artist.
I looked up Eldemore because I thoughtĀ āmaybe I playedā but I knew for damn certain Iād never sold things that were not mine. Iāve never seen this site before. Not the pets, not the layout, none of it. I donāt even like those hatch-and-grow adoptables sites like Eldemore appears to be -- I tried Squiby back in early high school years and that is the most of my experience with them. I really didnāt like Squiby, the whole genre is a turn-off for me. (Okay I might have briefly tried Pokemon ones too but only because they were Pokemon. They didnāt stick either.)
So no, the Eldemore/Acitius character thief was not me. Iām not even sure how to even prove that because literally, I have never even been on that site until less than 30 minutes ago.
I would have been 19 at the time too -- I was way too busy with graduating high school and also doing some college classes at the same time because I wanted to up my game. (Okay but my game wasnāt that good. I fell flat on my face in the college courses.) But by 19 years old, I was very aware that theft is not okay, not physically and not digitally.
I'll be awaiting any 100% solid proof that I was this thief because I have nothing to fear here. That was not me. It never was me.

But also, the way things were explained via staff mail, no one was willing to take action aside from the option of a forced refund, in which I would lose the original character I drew while Starfoxxe gets off the hook. I rejected that option because I do not want Starfoxxe to get that power. I rejected it because your staff āsolutionā was to just let her have her way.
Edit: Also, I said that to keep people from spamming you all with reports. I wanted people to know staff would not take action to reprimand Starfoxxeās actions. Iāve already heard that a TON of people reported and as I said in the PSA: it only drives you in circles.
The reason that was our only course of action is because Furvilla isnāt our site - we have nothing to do with it and cannot ask, request, or force their staff to do anything. The only part of this issue on Aywas is the pet - wherein returning the pet for a refund is the only solution we have on hand.
Because you wanted the refund and keep the OC - essentially doing exactly what you are angry at Starfoxxe for doing to you - we were no longer comfortable. That is not letting her āhave her wayā - that is us preventing the hypocritical move you were attempting to make with staff sanction.
People were not spamming us - also all you needed to state was that Aywas staff are aware of the matter and to not report it further.

I would have had no issue with deleting/changing the OC and such if Marjo hadnāt immediately made it sound like I was trying to pull what Starfoxxe was already doing. You asked why was it fair for Starfoxxe to keep her OC but it wasnāt fair for you to keep yours - to which we clarified that you cannot ask for a refund and do the same thing which prompted you to ask for a refund.
At no point did Staff insinuate that you are acting like or attempting to act like a thief - only explaining what would not be acceptable behaviour in response to your questions posed regarding what would be correct to do moving forward.
Staff were willing to work with you on this issue, but as you have said, you have chosen not to take any action so as to keep your OC, and as such the matter is closed between us.
TheĀ āhow is this fairā was because Starfoxxe got to keep the design despite already selling it to me. First of all, Bell/Jelly/etc., I blocked you because you repeatedly would bully/beg me into giving you my stuff, mainly my pets. As I recall, the pets that YOU now own were āgiftsā from me that I sent you when I left the site. (Which, like I said, I canāt log into Aywas anymore, so I canāt retrieve those PMs.) All of those painties I created, were from designs I created, in 2010 or earlier. (I do have dated reference sheets for those.) I was the artist from conception to execution.

Heya, I saw your post on FVC regarding Starfoxxe's stolen painties. I'm the one who drew a custom paintie for Gossamer in August of 2016. I just wanted to know if the current owner of Gossamer is aware of the situation and if there is anything I can do to help? I am absolutely livid that this user lied to me and I sincerely apologize to anyone who is affected by this. At the time I had no idea that the design did not belong to her, had I known I would never have agreed to the commission.
Gossamer's owner is aware, yes! They posted about it on their own Tumblr right after I'd told them. Unfortunately, I don't think ANY of the paintie artists knew about the stolen designs before doing the art. It's really sleazy and I shake my head because Starfoxxe -- who has participated in adoptables before too -- knows better than to steal. It was an afterthought but I vaguely remember Starfoxxe had gotten in trouble on Aywas for using a species concept/design that wasn't hers either -- they were called Sharkies and the people who owned them had to give them up because of something she did.

Man, how many thefts am I going to find? This is why I ended up hiding all my Toyhou.se character profiles. [edit: sorry for the incorrectly placed link, whoops.]
Starfoxxe (Aywas#70371 & Furvilla#21071, also on DeviantART and Toyhouse as Starfoxxe, potentially the same username on Goatlings and other games) used to be a friend of mine but as soon as I approached her about this, she dropped me like a rock and blocked me. understanding friend, right?
She has stolen customs sheās sold in the past on Aywas and commissioned them into Paintie designs on Furvilla
I mailed her as soon as I found out:
Star, this is Jelly/Bell [*past usernames she knew me as] from Aywas, and... I don't want to be rude about this but I'm really off-put that you made a Paintie off the Aywas custom you sold me. Like, I would have sold the baby back to you if you'd just asked over on Aywas, but I logged FV for something else and ended up finding that. Can I ask you to please change the design up so they're not at all recognizable or something?

PLEASE CHECK TO MAKE SURE NONE OF HER OTHER PAINTIES ARE BASED OFF OF YOUR CUSTOMS.

What Iāve mainly gathered from this is that, Acitius staff will let you own any character as long as you have it redrawn for your use, no matter if itās a copyright character or someoneās personal beloved character. Talk about sleazy -- I highly advise no one submit customs here ever, in that case.
There was nothing to enforce about the off-site trade. Titania and I traded fairly, there were no issues. The issue is that, and as I replied to Brian,Ā āElliott is having their cake and eating it too because I would not trade them instead.ā
EDIT1: Iāve sent this to Haunt as well -- Iāve owned designs by her before and sheās stated that itās okay as long as a) they arenāt sold for more than they were bought and b) the art/design is properly credited to her (actually, she stated it just last night, so I can even screenshot/quote this.)

Elliott didnāt get permission from Haunt or Titania after the sale to use this character so how is Elliott at all the rightful owner of a design proven to not belong to them anymore?Ā A design is content and Elliott is not the rightful owner anymore. When they sold this custom, they forfeited the design.
