Also I drink a LOT of black coffee, since it’s almost zero calories I do not calculate it and do not mention in my food log.
I was able to do a stretching class today yay :3 legs get progressively better, hope I would be able to run in a couple of days.

I feel extremely fat. I didn’t do any activity past couple days because my leg still hurts and I want it to heal.
I ordered a pair of running shoes so it should prevent injuries in the future.

Cons: I injured my Achilles tendon ( it’s painful to walk now and I skipped stretching today

My gastritis went crazy at the beginning of the week because I took two Ibuprofen pills for my menstrual pain. I should have also taken an omeprazole or something. I now have to eat more times a day but smaller portions to my stomach not to hurt.
I did an evening run of 3,2km which is not so big distance, I know. But it’s still better than 0 and also my pace was quite good this time.

I was not hungry at all, my anxiety peaked when I saw tests another specialties took today 🥲
Had a lot of black coffee today, activity is zero because my body is sore from yesterday barre class + I FINALLY got my period
It’s so frustrating to be told “You would really succeed on a professional level if you started in your childhood” as an 25jo who is trying a new hobby and have a HUGE fomo
I was absent because I didn’t feel like dieting especially before my finals… which is in two days…..
I didn’t weigh myself not to be triggered
I also may be manic (🤡) but we’ll see
I ran my first 5k yesterday, this is the best result in this year. At Saturday I ran 3.2 km and then 0.8 km but it was not a solid 4k so…. I’m now into running yeah
I shall post more of my diet, I’m really focused on getting enough protein right now

I slept not at home so no weight info in the morning. Feel not so fat btw, sauna did a marvelous job yesterday.
I also realized how slowly my insulin spikes when I eat normally, I was lacking energy so much after breakfast I could probably faint, that's why I snacked after lunch - to be able to go for a run with bsf. And no, I do not have diabetes (at least I hope so).
I feel kinda proud of myself even though my dinner was not so diet…..

Felt sad in the noon and went to spa alone because my bsf was busy. Sauna is extremely beneficial for women health and growth hormone, and I also wanted to reduce water from my body. Felt like drinking beer there tho 🥸
