Vent Machine

I’m needy. I’m annoying. I notice a fraction of a change in other peoples behaviour particularly towards me. I worry. A lot. About insignificant details that wouldn’t bother the smallest and most basic of organisms. I see people fade away from me as I turn into a spec in the distance as they move farther and farther away. I assume other peoples thoughts and feelings for what I presume to be true. I create scenarios in my head of you leaving. I believe them and turn them to a reality. I do this because I care. I care so much the anxiety grows, so much so it swallows my rationality.

You’re going to discover that conversations are best at 4 am. The heavier the eyelids, the sincerer the words. Those are the talks you’ll remember. It’s ok not to know the answer and silence is not awkward. It’s shared, so share it more often than not.

When you have a bad day, a really bad day, try and treat the world better than it treated you.

I love you, that means I’m not just here for the pretty parts. I’m here no matter what.

Honesty is a very expensive gift, Don’t expect it from cheap people.

I still love the people I’ve loved, even if I cross the street to avoid them.
