Freedom means not being controlled. Not controlled by fear, by desire, by jealousy, by pain, by ignorance.

Freedom means not being limited. Not limited by your body, not limited by your mind, not limited by your identities, not limited by time, not limited by space.

It may take effort to break free from confused habits but once revealed, to be as you naturally are is effortless chill.

You have space enough for all feelings: rage, insecurity, hesitation, sadness, longing, love, joy, heartache, and more. By neither pushing away nor clinging to these feelings, you can be in intimate contact with them and yet not be reduced by them.

Having enough space means that peace is always possible. It doesn’t matter what new feelings are occurring in this moment. So long as you can find that space, you will know the peace.

You have everything you need to be an emanation of your True Self. You lack nothing. The only true obstacle is that which obscures your own clarity.
