It was all very sudden. At one point she was looking at a pendant form an old lady and the other she felt some arms around her. There was a familiar smell that welcomed her before she heard his voice. “Teddy?” She almost squealed as she quickly turned around, wrapping her arms around his waist. “Where the fuck have you been? No calls? No messages? Nothing? It’s like you died. I was about to start printing your face on milk cartons.” She grinned, still not letting him go.
Teddy shrugged. “I don’t know. I’ve been here, there, ya know.” He chuckled as Danielle pulled him closer to her. “I’ve been working a lot and trying not to think about the rest of my life.” He shifted awkwardly. “Also, been trying to drink as much as I can.” He laughed. “I know, I really shouldn't do that but, I can’t help it.”
