Closing her notebook she sighed, her resolve crumbling. “We can go somewhere else only if you promise to actually do work,” she compromised, shooting him a pointed look. “And if you don’t then maybe you’ll actually be murdered.”

“As you wish Princess.” he smiled, grabbing her books for her. “What about that new cyber cafe? I’m starving and it would be fun to hack something new for a change.”

❝ you don’t have to pretend you didn’t hear. it’s fine. ❞ she gave him a small smile. ❝ i feel like you’re just saying that to make me feel better. ❞

“Trust me. I know all about being forced to do something you don’t want to do.” Teddy sighed.”My father’s the CEO and Creator of Herridge Industries. My life has basically been written out for me.”

“oh no,” she said with apathy in her voice. “What will they do now, at least I could say I tried to stop you.” she said not moving from her spot and continued to eat her potato chip. “Don’t knock down that vase either, please.”

:”Aww come on. What’s it gonna take to get more than a disinterested tone from you?” he asked. HE did’t really care but he was bored and decided to pass time he’d try to make her react to something.

“Are you forgetting that English isn’t my first language?” She asked with a grin, before taking one of her pencils and throwing it over at him. “You didn’t have to wait with me – plus you watching my every move is making me nervous.”

“Well now you know. Life Lesson.” he smirked back, catching the pencil. “Nervous? How come? I think a girl like you would be used to people watching you” he shrugged. He didn’t say it as a line, although it definately sounded like one. He was just stating a fact. Teddy normally didn’t realize how things sounded when they left his mouth until it was too late.

“Anyone ever tell you that you’re worse than a toddler?” she teased, shaking her head as she stood. “Fine, we can go if it’ll get you to quit treating books so horribly.” 

“Plenty of times. It gets results though.” he smirked. “I’m just really excited to get these new parts and you PROMISED to take me until my car is fixed.”

“Dude, what the fuck.” She said as she walked over to his direction and pick up the pencils and markers on the floor. “This took forever to organize. Are you brain dead? Have any common sense at all?”

“Oh my god you are not who I thought you were. I’m so sorry.” Teddy said helping her. “I thought you were a friend of mine and...god I’m sorry.”

“It’s either this or I stay in bed and watch Gossip Girl. Plus, my room has been a mess for a while. It’s starting to reflect my life.” 

“ooh ooh did Serena and Dan get back together yet?” Teddy asked. Then he caught himself, clearing his throat. “You know..not that I care or anything. I just remember from the last time you made me watch it.”

“Teddy, stop it,” Max scolded, her attempt failing as a few giggles left her throat. “You’re going to get us kicked out.”

“Good. I don’t even want to be here. I hate the library. We could be studying just about anywhere else.” he smirked. Max could never actually be mad him. “Can’t we go like a coffee shop or something? It’s too quiet in here. I feel like I’m about to be murdered”

Arya let out squeal as she watched the boy knock the book from the shelf. “Do you know how long I spent organizing that!” She exclaimed, shaking her head at him. “That was extra, extra credit!”

“oh so you could hear me. You know. It’s not nice ignoring people.” he smirked, picking the books back up and placing them in their place. “I just wanted some attention”

“Dude, what the fuck? I just spent an hour organizing that. I’m this close to strangling you.”

“You work to hard Stells.” he sighed picking the book back up and returning it to it’s place.

“That was mature,” Jessa muttered dryly, rolling her eyes. “You’re just lucky the librarian didn’t see you– honestly, what did that book ever do to you?” 

“I’m bored.” he whined. “Come on can we GO already?”

Fleur’s eyes widened as she watched the boy break the glass beaker, she pulled her plastic goggles down the bridge of her nose and shook her head in playful manner. “Was that on propose?” She asked, getting her English mixed up for like the hundredth time today.

“Hey, you brought this upon yourself.” he shrugged going to the next one. “So...are you going to take a break and go eat with me or do I have to keep breaking things?” he teased. “You’ve been here FOR EVER”

“Dude, what the hell?” Bash exclaimed, rushing over to pick up the books. “What’s your deal, dude? Don’t you have someone else to irritate?”

“I mean yeah probably but it’s SO much fun when it’s you.” Teddy smiled helping pick up the books. “What are these anyway?”
