PROUD! โ๐พIn the last 10 days I did probably the hardest but also one of the nicest things in my life so far! A 10 days meditation course WITHOUT (phone, talking, eye contact, tv, music, sex, books, pen, painting, ecc) I were in a room with four other people I never see before in my life and it was really hard to not talk to them! But after a few days you get used to it. We were woken up with a Gong at 4:00 in the morning and than we had to meditate all day long for 12h. You canโt imagine how much pain I had sitting always in the position for +/- 12h at day for 10 days! The first days so many BAD thoughts came up that I was afraid of myself.... such BRUTAL and BAD things, also traumas from my childhood (EVERYTHING)! I was telling myself.... IVAN.. That's not YOU!! But yes, it was me! The teacher said that it is normal that with this technique this kind of things coming up the first days! It was impressive to see young strong menโs going almost crazy for doing nothing! We only could walk in a circle outside in the garden or sitting at the ground during the breaks... nothing more ( it was like in a Zombi movie). Anyway this thing changed my view of life completely and I think that Iโll do this many times from now on! I understand one thing... we always tend to see problems outside and in others... but in most of the times we are the problem and itโs inside us! So breath deep and go Inside yourself.... I know itโs hard and our EGO is a bitch, but just be strong! I did this thing for many reasons! One of them was to get answers, cause I was not sure what to do in my future anymore, but now it is even more clear! Music is my life and that's the way I need to go! And yeah...
