Having left summer camp for this, Dreamy sits backstage while she waits for the interviewer to call her in. She had already been scheduled for this interview a few months back. It had just come far sooner than she had expected.
"Relax. It will be fine." Aiyun says to her.
Dreamy tilts her head, looking towards him. "Did I seem anxious to you? I was taking an impromptu nap before it begins.~"
Aiyun sighs and crosses his arms. "You weren't napping. You were staring off into space."
"You caught me there." Dreamy sighs. One ear perks up as a crew member calls her to take the stage. "I can see why Sisi likes you so much. See you around!~"
She chuckles when she hears Aiyun's "Wait, what?!"
Dreamy looks around as she steps onto the set and takes a seat near the host. "Good evening.~"
"Good evening, Dreaming Dragon. We are glad you had agreed to take this interview with us!" The interviewer says.
"Well of course I did. My trainer thought it would be a good idea for me to do." Dreamy says. "She is always scheduling things for everyone in Team Mystical and supporting all of us."
"Your trainer is Xiao Ailian, correct?" The interviewer asks.
"That would be correct." Dreamy nods.
"And she is also the trainer for Unihemispherical, correct?" The interviewer asks.
"That's correct." Dreamy says carefully. She thinks about frowning for a moment, but she stops herself. Instead, she keeps a smile on her face. She was still on camera after all. "Why do you ask?"
"Don't you think her idea is absurd? Going without sleep is something impossible for a normal person. Not to mention, no one would be able to win all three Triple Crowns." The interviewer says.
"Her idea is an interesting one, but not one I would partake in myself. I do quite enjoy sleep. After all, I wouldn't be Dreaming Dragon if I did not." Dreamy bites her lips. "As for winning the Triple Crowns... We will never know. Anything can happen."
"Maybe she won't make it past the first Triple Crown. You certainly hadn't. It is a shame. We had all thought you would be able to. After all, your sisters Arctic Dragon and Eternal Dragon both shared their Triple Crown with Eternal Dragon winning Satsuki Sho and Japanese Derby while Arctic Dragon took the Kikuka Sho. You had been close yourself, but you dropping out of the Kikuka Sho. The fans were disappointed when that happened." The interviewer says. "Here we thought someone from the Dragon family would finally be able to win the Triple Crown."
"I just had an unfortunate injury and it is taking longer than I would like to be able to recover from it." Dreamy says bluntly. "It is unfortunate that I couldn't achieve the Triple Crown. I regret that I won't be able to finish the crown races. But... I can confidentially say that I will running for the Spring and Autumn Triple Crowns."
"Really? Isn't that bold of you? Not even your sisters were able to achieve it. Who is to say that you will be able to?" The interviewer says.
"Who says I won't?" Dreamy bites back.
"It just doesn't seem like something you would be able to achieve yourself." The interviewer says.
"Then I will prove you wrong." Dreamy says.
"How confident of you." The interviewer says. "Then I will invite you back if you are able to do it."
"Then I'll see you when that happens." Dreamy stands from her seat and walks to the exit. "Goodbye."
