There's really great fics about the fallout of Omega Ruby and the emotional toll it takes on Maxie. Conversely, I don't see much about the fallout of Alpha Sapphire. I need someone to destroy Archie Aogiri. After he nearly drowns the world he's like "I fucked up, I am going to work towards a better world, I acknowledge my faults" but that isn't enough. I want him bedridden. He worked for what I assume is probably a while to figure out how to summon Kyogre (the teams exist before May's journey starts), and when he finally manages to do so his dream crumbles before him and nearly kills everything he holds dear. I want SHOCK. I want fear even. I want him to suffer for his actions. LONG TERM. I want Maxie (or Shelly) to have to drag him out of bed to take care of him. I want to see his strong outer shell crack and dissolve to reveal his inner vulnerabilities. You would expect someone like Maxie to crack because he takes on a ton of stress and is easily worn out by defeat. Archie not so much. He doesn't give up so easily. I want him crushed. 💙

No one ever talks about when Archie gets possessed in the Pokemon anime Scuffle of Legends. We get art of the manga and guile hideout but I dont see anyone use the SoL Archie. There's so much potential (Both for Archie concepts and hardenshipping ideas [Possession activities, care after the nearest death experience, a changed scenario where Maxie saves Archie instead of Lance, what if Archie never broke out of it, the lasting effects, et cetera])
