romanticize the process while it lasts, it won't be there forever.

don't study to pass. study to learn + understand.

make a homework/study plan.

procrastinating is NOT worth the stress.

get the work done while it's still fresh in your mind.

have an afterschool cooldown routine.

watch motivational "study vlogs + livestreams" to get into the working mindset!

use the pomodoro technique! (25 min focus + 5 min break)

take care of your body. hydrate, rest, turn off the phone.

rest is important. everyone has limits. take a moment before continuing with a clear mind.

change your "focus location" - libraries, cafes, quiet offices, etc.

journal your thoughts, goals, and feelings. check in on yourself.

ask for help if you need it — from tutors, teachers, maybe other students. help is always available.

and remember, school is just a small portion of the gift that is life. you're definitely not alone in this, so don't worry. breaaaathe. and then keep moving forward! your future self will thank you :)
