hi its been a hot minute but im happy and want to update!!!! as of today ihave reached 114lbs !!!! i wish the progress wld have gone faster but im so much closer to my goal weight than i was last time i used this account, when i was about uuuhh. 120? 121? yeah
i still have some ways to go but thats way better than before and way more weight loss than i expected xd
i havent been holding back on eating as much lately bc im trying actual "diets" and it actually feels way worse than ppl say it does.. like i don't feel healthy i feel fucking gross i look like a bloated body bffr im going back to fasting 😭

i hate my way of thinking tbh.. i find everyone else so beautiful and will never judge based on the way someone's body looks, whether theyre skinny or fat or curvy or flat or whatever else a person can be, i will never find a person to be ugly and disgusting and whatever based on looks alone. i find plus sized bodies just as beautiful as skinny bodies, i find all body types beautiful.
but then when it comes to myself, i find my own body DISGUSTING. i hate the way fat looks on ME. i hate the way curves look on ME. they're so stunning on others but me? i look disgusting. i hate it i feel like a hypocrite.

i was forced to eat garbage yesterday so i didnt lose as much as i was hoping but since i made this account im down to 122.4 lbs.... hopefully i can keep steadily losing.. this is as close to my goal as ive been all year unfortunately
