Host: Good evening everyone! Tonight we have a special guest! She is a former student of Tracen Academy who had been missing up until now. Everyone knows her for her many second place finishes in races. Please welcome Meisho Doto!

Doto: Hello everyone. Thank you for having me.

Host: Thank you for agreeing to come. How have you been lately?

Doto: I am doing alright now. There have been many anons who have been mean to me, but I am better. I am done with letting them walk all over me and treat me like I am worthless.

Host: You are finally standing up for yourself, aren't you? That's good to know! I am sure your friends-

Doto: I don't have friends.

Host: What? I thought you were friends with TM Opera O, Admire Vega, Narita Top Road, Taiki Shuttle, Haru Urara, and Matikanefukukitaru.

Doto: No. They aren't my friends. Maybe only Fuku is, but no one else. Especially not Opera O.

Host: Not Opera O? But you two have always been close.

Doto scoffs and shakes her head.

Doto: That isn't true. I understand that now. Everyone has been telling me for a long time and I didn't believe them. But they were right. Opera O was never really my friend. She never really cared.

Host: What makes you think that?

Doto: It should be obvious. Opera O only spent time with me because I raced against her. I had loved her. I thought I wanted to be by her side for the rest of my life. I confessed to her, but she didn't want that. She chose someone else and had gotten married.

Host: We can see how that would upset you. As your fans have said before, many were disappointed with the outcome. How do you feel?

Doto: How do I feel? Angry. But most of all, I feel hurt. It is just like I have been warned by others. Opera O had only been using me for her own fame. My fans had warned me, but I stupidly didn't listen. I should have listened to them. I understand now, she never cared about me. Once I stopped being useful to her, once I beat her in a race, she just cast me aside like I never mattered...

There is a long pause of silence.

Host: We are all sorry that has happened to you. What do you plan on doing now?

Doto: I'm going to return to racing. I will win and I will prove my strength. I don't need Opera O to race. I'll show the world that I can be the strongest racer out there. I won't have my legacy tied to someone who had only ever used me. I won't let her look down on me anymore.

Host: We look forward to seeing you race again. Thank you for coming.

Doto: And thank you for having me.

Though I won’t be living in the dorms for..a while, probably, I’m glad to be in classes again.

Still, I have… way too much classwork to get caught up on.
