so i'm done acknowledging any negativity. there's no avoiding hate, which is something i don't understand but will come to terms with.

and will only focus on how beautiful and caring the majority has been.

I would take it with a grain of salt. This person is an anti-eddissy, so they very well could be lying.

Also, we have no idea what the question was, if it was real. Joe saying this contradicts everything he has said in the past. I honestly cannot see Joe saying that sentence. Remember, we have no context.

Edit: I also realized that Joe could be saying it would be a “weird” relationship in the sense of how they’re complete opposites. He has talked about the exploration of the American high school archetypes with Eddie and Chrissy, and this may be what he is referring to when he says “weird”. We don’t know the tone at all, and like I said before, the context. It could very well be in a joking manner, and not negative at all. The antis will twist it any horrible way they want, because I still think they’re lying about it all in general.

It’s honestly just the steddie shippers wanting a war, and wanting Joe to be on “their” side. When in reality, what the actor thinks, doesn’t really matter (y’all I’m a bellarke, so if anyone knows the “bellarke shit” era, you get what I mean). Yes, it’s nice when an actor is supportive of a ship, but their input on something should have no impact on whether you ship it, or not. It is their job, and they are being paid. Shipping is about the fictional character they portray. Although, Joe seems very sweet, and I think he would definitely try to be kind to everyone.

In the end, I hope Steve and Eddie shippers realize that they shouldn’t let such trivial things impact their life and what they ship. They want to be validated, but only at the cost of putting down others. This isn’t a competition. Ship and let ship. I stay in my lane, you stay in yours. I’m just so sick of people being mean and lying.
