Yeah there's a power dynamic between alucard and the forgemasters it's a class divide yes, master and servant obvs, but also human and vampire. But alsoooo they're older, so that's barely on point to tip the scales in their favor. But because of this no true equality will ever be achieved they could have been friends from childhood or infancy and still this chasm will never bridged. You cannot argue with alucard lest it displease lord dracula, you can't reject alucard's whim lest it displease lord dracula, you cannot suggest or imply anything without alucard's say so lest it displease lord dracula etc. You get it. And isaac worships dracula like god so of course he would abide, dracula is "duty" alucard is an extension of his favor toward dracula so alucard is "duty" as well, even mildly. Butttt it's not really that cut and dry at least it wouldn't be. Both forgemasters challenge and push this divide because they're both pretty stubborn people, and that's what makes anything rlly interesting. Isaac wouldn't be able to help himself from a little trick at the prince's expense even if it's improper and even if it makes him mad. And Hector lonely little Hector he wouldn't be able to help himself either, you shouldn't really rub elbows with what is essentially an extension of your lord whom you revere but he's a little boy around your age and you don't turn him down when he invites you along even though you really oughta. And it's not like Hector is Mr. Popular either.
