I was a bad wife tonight. I put my stress and anxiety about the future on you. It was not fair of me to do that and I just need to take a step back. I’m so scared that we won’t get to have what we want in the future that I get overbearing and controlling about everything. I hate where I am in the Navy at the moment and I know we are just waiting for my shore duty to start to be able to just live a little more and start having kids, but I feel like I am holding us together in more ways than just financially right now. My parents are gone, my friends are no where to be found, and my mental health is not in the best shape. I just need you to tell me I am okay. That we are okay or that we will be. I’m sorry that I am still learning how to navigate my stress and anxiety in this hard time. I’ll be better. I love you.
