how my own fabric warps and

you know i never wear hoodies

you know what i think about hoodies

you know that im insecure about ever betraying myself, and deciding to wear a hoodie

and thats what you sew

cough up oil slick on the floor

the world is different and arranged in technicolour array

nobody talks to suzy

say she's a creep

i am suzy's only friend

i wonder if she sees it that way

she goes to school wearing ten different bows everyday

i asked her where she gets them

suzy didnt say

once she asked me what my skeleton colour would be

orange and blue or purple and green

i told her not to involve me in her absurd ingenuous way

because my skeleton is gray

in a world filled with blank bodily frames

suzy peeled me back

my skin is gone and my muscles are in shreds on my bedroom floor

suzy is cradling my thin form as i cry rainbow tears

she wipes them away

the mirror is covered but that didnt stop me from me confronting my fears

my stripped hands are faded blue

i keep on sobbing into suzy

"it's okay."

she whispered

like looking out the window wondering what took us here

the inhales feel like when you twist the knife and glare down at the wounds thereafter

and wonder where the hell the sepsis came from

and wonder why theres blood on the kitchen floor

and wonder why you never ever fully took me out
