so my boss reduced my pay by a good portion, and as he handed me my check he then told me he gave it to someone else who was hired literally a month ago, because i "dont do enough", because of my permanent nerve damage. Despite him yelling at me in front of everyone for "doing unnecessary work" like cleaning 1 mug and 1 wok for my headchef who needed it. Lmao

So my pay is shit and i have neither enough $ for food until the 16th, or even rent. Again.

Asking for $700 before the 10th so I can at least stay in this apartment for another month, and get supplies to still make soup that lasts at least a week. And ramen rip.

Ive tried 211 and reddit. Theres no resources available in town (been waiting for section 8 for 3 years rip) and redditors again just want to scam on snap 😭

For many people, he was "just a spider." But for us, he was so much more than that.

Nemo's journey was unlike any other. During his juvenile stages, he developed an extra leg, something we had never seen before. Then, after his final moult, he lost a functioning leg and one of his pedipalps. Despite every challenge life threw at him, Nemo carried on with the same curiosity, determination, and spirit that made him so special.

He taught us an important lesson: disability does not mean inability.

As someone who is physically disabled myself, Nemo's story resonated deeply with me. Watching him adapt, overcome obstacles, and continue living life on his own terms was both inspiring and comforting. He reminded me that our differences do not define our worth or our ability to thrive.

It's hard to put into words how much such a tiny creature could teach us, but Nemo truly changed the way we see resilience.

Thank you, little man, for everything you taught us and for allowing us to share your journey with so many people. You will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Because of this loss, we may take a couple of days away from posting while we process and grieve. It might sound silly to some, but anyone who has loved and cared for an animal, no matter how small, will understand.
