Heatwave in Alaska kills salmon, temperatures will only keep rising

Well I was stupid brave and decided the next Pokémon I wanted to try to rig using those models I found that had the original game joints and skin weights intact was Ninetales. I spent all of Tuesday wrestling with the tails and pleading with the auto-rigger to please, please just cooperate and make 9 tails for me. I had to rebuild the entire tail setup more than once, and so am now acutely aware of how many joints are in all of Ninetales’ tails: Including the tip end joints, it’s a grand total of 67  ಥ_ಥ

Eventually the auto-rigger worked, but I messed up somewhere and it just made FK controls, no IKs :/ sort of ok since I haven’t yet figured out how to animate most IK tails in a way that I like, but FFFFF there’s a metric butt-ton of controls here.

The trot animation’s tails are kind of bad, mostly because I ran out of effort. The second animation’s kind of inspired by Ninetales’ movement from Pokémon Stadium.
