Am I able to make a plan to solve the things that are making me anxious? Yes. The answer is always yes. There’s always a way out of it. It may take time and creativity, but anything is possible.

So good. Take a deep breath. You are not dying. Tell your fight or flight response to relax. You’re not in a life or death situation. You don’t need to be so anxious.

Take another deep breath. Can you feel your heart rate come down? Good. Let your parasympathetic nervous system take over.
