to better answer this question: it all boils down to a yes/no response. 

yes: i have actually been looking over things on the dash for my kirigiri blog so it’s not that i’m not logged in. basically, in a literal sense, i am still here and i do plan on keeping this blog. however…

no: you could say i don’t particularly have motivation to respond to the drafts i have for this blog nor much asks either. usually my motivation tends to come from, not really the muse part since my kirigiri muse has not died, but…it’s more of a ‘i don’t feel particularly wanted’ kind of motivation. i have been active on two other muses where they are technically wanted and it’s difficult to lose motivation for them since the fandom is ongoing. since these past months, i have seen a lot of the people who i used to speak with fondly have started to vanish. and let’s face it…DR1 isn’t a series that gets a lot of attention ever since DRv3 joined into the DR franchise. trust me i don’t have a hatred for it because i’ve played and enjoyed all the DR games but you could say it’s hard to find people who still portray the DR1 cast who shall always be my most favorite of the series. 

              COLLECTION OF TAPS WAS MADE UNDERNEATH THE DETECTIVE’S CHIN,     raising a curious brow for the swordwoman’s entrance. She gives no breather of a word and awaits to see what business the other had in mind. For whatever reasons brought them together, the  STOIC WOMAN  was partaking in an afternoon stroll throughout the empty hallways. Hardly anyone was located inside and felt the silence to being relaxing. Footsteps no sooner broke away the quiet barrier though their subtle steps were familiar.  KIRIGIRI RECOGNIZED THEM  as they belonged to one other person whose calm demeanor may perhaps outmatch her own. Parted lips delivered a faint greeting until she remained hushed. So far no words were exchanged but took note of hands that were located from behind. Was it some form of delivery for the  LILAC DETECTIVE  to commit?

              LILAC IRISES GROW INTENT AS THEY FOLLOWED     those movements, the  ULTIMATE SWORDSWOMAN  is keen like grasping her bamboo sword to practice. It hadn’t been long until she understood precisely what comes…a purple gift is now handed before those gloved hands. A stoic detective ponders heavily about why she suddenly wished to grant her something though the sentiment itself sounds harsh. Even opening the gift, it offers something ‘ unique ’ that hardly envisioned those hands to ever craft anything.     ❛     …Thank you for remembering  PEKOYAMA-SAN  though this looks quite elaborate. By any chance, did you work on this throughout the day?     ❜

How did you know I like this brand of coffee?     ❜     FOR A MOMENT THE DETECTIVE COULD COMMENT, TAKEN BY SURPRISE     from the package being handed to her. He may consider it simple through its contents but the  LILAC WOMAN  rather receive something that comes from his hands. There can’t be anything more pleasing than obtaining a thought about her. Anyone would consider it fortunate for another person to have them in their thoughts…why else did  KIRIGIRI GROW ECSTATIC  about his presence? A yearning practically called for her own loneliness, being busy with cases though remembered him fondly. His existence stands as an important fragment within the  STOIC DETECTIVE  regardless of how he doubts himself. Lilac irises stare faintly at the leather-bound notebook, flipping through the pages as if expecting some letter to fall out like most detective shows. Even now she managed to treat this as a typical  WORKAHOLIC BEHAVIOR , displaying the proud bloodline of her family’s name.

              GLOVED DIGITS WORKED INTO HANDLING THE COFFEE AS SHE MAKES     a habit for partaking in this beverage. It appears this man managed to bring forth a gentle smile of her own, uncertain what else to say. Gratitude filled up the  KIRIGIRI DETECTIVE’S  chest and takes an interesting approach at demonstrating her thanks. Soft lips met with his, planting a single kiss before taking a step back. Lilacs enclose themselves to contemplate what else to say though knew, knew all along what to truly speak out.     ❛     Thank you though I wouldn’t mind if you stayed a little longer for today.     ❜

              ❛     …?     ❜     ALMOST RELUCTANT TO SAVOR A TASTE, THE LILAC WOMAN STARES     for quite a long time until one gloved finger scrapes the icing. She is rather bold to permit tasting any food that came from the hands of a stranger. Though the  DETECTIVE  isn’t quite trusting enough to accept this gift, the scent and texture weren’t bringing off a suspicious aura.  KIRIGIRI  senses nothing peculiar with her own ‘ ability ’ and commits to licking off the chocolate icing from her finger. As suspected…the icing proved to be  DELICIOUS ENOUGH TO EAT . Lilac irises display no movement until she blinks once, taking the plate away to finish the remaining slice of chocolate cake. A subtle thank you mutters out softly before walking away, the hallway echoing through each step her heels created.

              GLOVED HANDS MAKE NO HASTE IN RECEIVING THE NEATLY-WRAPPED GIFT     though the  LILAC DETECTIVE  didn’t expect for him to deliver anything. Lilac irises grow fixated over the design, making a habit for observing things carefully before treading with caution. Of course she didn’t possess any  DISTRUST OVER THE LUCKY STUDENT  though rumors themselves are unworthy of praise. Many surround his reputation with falsehood as others claim them true…she rather confront him personally. Eyes are keen to those movements, still not finding anything to suspect abnormal. Somewhat of a trickster tend to flow within his veins while being sincere in his actions. She delivers  NO EMOTION  but gives a subtle nod, taking the chance of unwrapping this gift before him.  KOMAEDA  seem to deliver this ‘ unsettled stare ’ like a man who watches over silently the world transpiring. It resembled as someone who is awe-struck than being hostile, or so the  LILAC WOMAN  perceives it. 

              THE GIFT ITSELF BRINGS THE STOIC WOMAN SOMEWHAT CONFUSION     though digs deeper into what was seen. There can’t be denying the sherlock-esque possessing its  UNIQUE FLARE , being someone who was a fan of his work. Gloved hands later saw through this guise and uncovers another item hidden within. A vial of perfume appears, coated with a familiar scent that brings a smile over  KIRIGIRI’S  face. Despite the outer shell appearing cold to others, she couldn’t reject the gift as intriguing that perked a lavender’s interest. The  DETECTIVE  gives nothing more than a soft smile that vanishes from wanting to retain her usual demeanor.     ❛     Did someone inform you of my birthday,  KOMAEDA-KUN ? I don’t recall mentioning it to anyone else other than one of my classmates. Though I do enjoy this perfume…heh, you’ve even managed to obtain my favorite scent. Thank you.     ❜

🐺🌙– ‘‘…O- Only your attention’‘. He said, slowly moving his hands from behind himself to reveal a small, pink box decorated with flower imprints. He slowly opened it to reveal a piece of strawberry shortcake with her name under the fruit.

However, that wasn’t the only thing; while one hand held the box, the other fidgeted inside his jacket, fetching a small but elegant necklace decorated with the kanji 真実 (’truth’). After becoming a therapy wolf and earning his first salaries he had gone out of his way to get something made exclusively for her.
