Putting the finishing touches on my book is causing a level of anxiety that I’ve never experienced before. Literally every time I go to my document or my notes, my heart starts beating a mile a minute and I have to distract myself with something else…hence this post.

I think the problem is that I’ve been working on it for so long that I almost feel like I won’t have a purpose anymore once it’s done. Like what will I possibly do with all of this spare time now? My amateur chef experiments only take but so long and I’m even more terrified to start writing the sequel right away. And don’t even get me started on thinking that everyone who reads it won’t understand it or will just flat out hate it.
