Can someone explain a non-misogynist reason for however many dislikes it has on youtube? Because to me, that looks like a pretty awesome movie, so I feel like it is definitely the all-female cast that gets people annoyed. 

Most people were skeptical when they heard a new Ghostbusters was being made with an all-female cast (personally I was stoked), but when the casting list came out? I personally was offended. Why would you make a all-female Ghostbusters with MELISSA MCARTHY?! That's awful. That's like having Rebel Wilson play Ripley in an Alien remake. It shouldn't happen.

Other than that though, the special effects look bland, the comedy looks bland and uninspired, and it really just looks like Sisters (yes I'm going there) with ghosts.

But hey I'll probably buy the score on iTunes. The main theme remix they've been using in the trailers was pretty awesome.

It's your decision if you want to go and see it, but it shouldn't be a huge issue. People automatically take the criticism against it as misogyny bc that's what people do these days. If you like it, don't let anyone take that away from you, but if someone else doesn't, don't take that away either.
