If this helps anyone... but this is mostly a rant
Every single relationship you get in will be 'but this one is different!', and 'it's never felt like this!' and 'he/she/they are different, it's different this time!'. Here's the kicker: its always different. Everyone is different. Everyone connects differently than everyone else.
Do not let the new feeling of a relationship rule you. Just because its different, and new, doesn't mean it's more important than the last one, than any of the current ones. Take a step back, take a breath, and looooook at what is actually happening.
Weigh things with some amount of logic (don't forget your emotions, but you need both sides) and just... take a breath, step back, and remember that no one is perfect, nothing is ordained, not one single relationship under a year old is worth throwing everything out (and most of the ones longer than that, too)
