i feel ive made alot of progress in the last 4 months or so. there was a noticeable transition period where i went from massive sighs and freak outs to be able to talk myself down. then to some days were good, with a day peppered in there of massive anxiety. now for the past while ive been doing pretty good. i stil have anxiety but ive gotten really good at dealing with it, which i credit therapy for. I couldnt have done any of this without therapy.

i still try to throw myself curve balls. like i have a bruise on my ankle from my foot slipping off my pedal on my bike but since im feeling fine my mind is trying to tell me the bruise is from some sort of liver disease from all the drinking i did in the past, but im a lot better at combating that now. it sounds like a stupid thing, but the anxiety is there.
