Established wincest in the bunker, after a very messy hunt, Sam tries to brush his hair out in the shower and the brush gets stuck, so he calls Dean to help him untangle the damn thing. Dean, being practical, gets his clothes out of the way so they don't get wet, and joins Sammy in the shower. Of course, he complains about Sam being a delicate whiny princess, but helps him get the mess sorted anyway, maybe letting his hands wander afterwards, wrapping his arms around Sam from behind, pressing a kiss to his shoulder, just touching and petting his skin comfortably, like nothing significant has happened
