Well, my appointment went as I thought it would. Not good.
All of my dizziness, nausea, heart palpitations, tunnel vision, chest pain, heavy breathing, near syncope and exhaustion are all from “Anxiety.”
I have had anxiety since the second grade. I am fully capable of knowing when I am and am not anxious. Especially since majority of these new symptoms of mine happen in the comfort of my own home with no unexpected happenings.
Needless to say, I am not happy. I am not excited to search for another doctor. They don’t listen anyways.

Apparently 10am is the new 10pm. She’s snoring up a storm 😂
Sienna's been my buddy this morning. Both the dogs are very curious about the heart Halter. I'm very nervous to go back. I feel like they are going to blow me off saying it's my "fitness level" or something completely ridiculous like that. I've felt the difference over several months where my normal exercise became more difficult. Like taking Kona for bike rides began to start near syncope whereas the whole spring and summer before we would go every day without issue. I walk he dogs as often as I can. Things like doing my hair and taking a shower raise my heart rate into the 130s or higher. Even if I am "unfit" I don't see how doing everyday tasks should be exhausting. Letting the dogs out of their crates shouldn't make me winded. Standing up shouldn't make me dizzy. But of course they don't listen to he parts they don't want to hear. Mostly just ranting. It's scary and infuriating to me. I need to find a good doctor and it's never as easy as it should be.
